Restaurant Review: New Pio Pio Location = For The WIN!

As of right now, the only way to find this newest addi­tion to the Pio Pio empire is to acci­den­tally stum­ble upon it. It’s loca­tion is not even pos­ted on the web­site yet! So, of course, when I came across it while wal­king down the street, I just had to make a detour to stop in.

For the most part, it’s your typi­cal Pio Pio with the same menu of deli­cious chic­ken and side dishes as its uptown coun­ter­part. What really sets it apart is the decor. It will totally throw you for a loop. The eatery is unex­pec­tedly large and it seems the owners had a lot of fun deco­ra­ting it. The vibe is very nou­veau rus­tic with lots of wood, shiny gold, and beau­ti­ful pho­tos of Peru. It’s only been open for a month, but there were already a bunch of regu­lars han­ging out there. Dine by the bar, or in the humon­gous downs­tairs dining room. It’s an impres­sive view from up top. Like I said, you won’t find any info on the inter­net just yet, but I wan­ted to let all you Pio Pio lovers know about this sweet new location!

Review: Couples Retreat

This wee­kend I chec­ked out Cou­ples Retreat. I’ve been anti­ci­pa­ting for this flick quite some time now, since there’s nothing but gar­bage in the thea­tres nowadays.

I was loo­king for­ward to an authen­tic comedy, a knee slap­per, even expec­ted a little bit of pee to come out. Unfor­tu­na­tely, none of the afo­re­men­tio­ned occured.

Tainted Obligation on Grey’s Anatomy?

Last night on Grey’s Ana­tomy, Cris­tina strug­gled to use her gift, Izzie was told she can’t be a patient and a doc­tor, and Mere­dith made an inc­re­dibly sel­fless deci­sion to help her ailing father, Thatcher, who nee­ded a liver trans­plant after years of alcoholism.

The guy above? Well, he was pretty much awe­some. 80 something year old man who has a “PYT” 60 something year old reques­ted a penile implant to plea­sure his woman, AS ALL MEN SHOULD and the sur­gery was successful…pretty darn funny if you ask me.

The cli­max of the epi­sode was Lexie’s plea to Meri­deth, I tea­red up a bit. I read a lot of peo­ple on twit­ter were touched because of her mes­sage. It made me rea­lize don’t hold off things for tomo­rrow — what you can do today. Sin­ce­rely made me want to call my father as we do not have a solid rela­tionship. This epi­sode was 10 times bet­ter than the first 3.
