This is me...

1. I have been taking major steps in realizing my goals to be a influential business innovator, writer, dancer, producer and community activist. I also secretly want to become a politician one day, but fear that my great sense of style & fashion will be wiped out by all the dark suits and boring hairstyles I will have to wear every day.

2. I love being a mom and am astonished of the awesome and wise young lady of Christ my daughter is growing up to be; because God know, It sure wasn't’t because I did everything right, lol. I love you, my princess Jaila Tyanna : ) You're simply the best!

3. I love all forms and expressions of art, possibly... maybe in another life I was a great artist or a famous writer and as I always said, God knows why He didn't give me a beautiful voice... lol - I would've been living it up for the stage... somewhere, everywhere. lol

4. I'm always striving and questioning for more, am always on the go and because I am so complex... Not just any man will do and so, I often find myself rooting for the "ONE" that will be strong enough to catch me, hold on and ride through it all together.

5. I love, love, love ALL people - I love sitting in the park or in the train and just people watch. It just amazes me when I think of GOD saying "I made you in MY image and in MY likeliness" I mean wow - what beats that, nothing... not even a Vogue Magazine, Starbuck's Chai Vanilla Tea with a Central Park view... NOTHING! Love makes the world gooooo round, people... : )

6. I don't know if I'm really funny or not, but I seem to only make people laugh when I'm not trying to and when I try, the outcomes are all lots of blonde moments... : / lol

4. I’m changing, growing… I’m pained, I’m real… I’m sexy, I’m protective… I’m torn, I know... Overall I'm just me, all the time whether it’s good or bad.

5. I want to be all that I can be, so I can give back to the young girls of my community, who like myself can only depend on their God-given abilities to make it their wrongs... Right!

Below are 6 things you must know about her, in her own words…

1. I never knew how raw life was until it slapped me in the face at the age of 18 and gave birth to my baby boy, Sean. However, it made me the strong woman that I am today and wouldn't change my past for anything in world. I love that we're each other's everything, he inspires me to be a higher me and that my friends is irreplaceable!

2. I love Miami, you can catch me there 4 or 5 times a year, it truly is my peace in this chaotic world. Nothing like blue skies, the sound of waves while laying out on the beach, hot disgusting weather, beautiful palm trees and a cold/frozen drink in my hand...it's my domestic paradise!

3. I am a survivor of domestic violence. I love sharing my horror stories from my past, especially since I am not afraid anymore and hoping my story will reach someone and save them, in a weird way!

4. Due to my traumatic pregnancy, my son was diagnosed with A.D.H.D - everyday is a battle, but always with a lesson learned. Sean is the most empathetic person in the world and he may have his biological father's genes but most importantly he has my heart.

5. Once upon a time, love became non existent to me - I was a firm believer of "if you can't see it, then it isn't real!" With age and experience I learned love comes to those, when one isn't searching. Love especially visits bitter and scorned women -- > ME!! < --
LOL, I met a beautiful man that loves my son and I unconditionally! He was the missing piece of my "happiness" puzzle, you know the piece that magically always disappears? Or like laundry, you're always missing one sock...I finally found the other pair! :)

6. I have the weirdest and sickest sense of humor ...I say what you're thinking and fear to say. So thank God my Dad didn't pull out that night! :)
