Michael Jackson: This Is It! or Is This His?

Michael Jackson’s highly anticipated track This Is It finally hits the net today and of course it was accompanied by drama! SMH.
Music legend Paul Anka claims MJ co-wrote a track named “I Never Heard”. Anka claims MJ who was just blowing up at the time with “Thriller” got a big head and alledgely “stole the tapes” from the studio. After threatening to persue legal action the tapes were returned, but Anka believed MJ kept a copy. Anka then gave “I Never Heard” to another artist, Safire — who recorded it in 1990.
Obviously the two tracks are similar, so what I want to know is…
This is it! or Is This His?
Everyone’s out there to gain a buck…but even a dead man’s buck? SMH!
Hear MJ’s version vs Safire’s version after the jump.…
